Complete documentation
Once you receive
your transcribed document you can edit, print or change your document, just as though you typed it yourself. Documents
are stored in our system for one month, so should you lose your document transcript, we can resend it to you within minutes.

Do you have your own template you would prefer
to use? Email it to admin@digitype.ca in Word format and we can add it to your account, for your use
only.
Once you have established your account
with us, you will be provided with a toll free number and password to send us your audio via the toll free line. Contact
us for pickup and delivery of your CDs, DVDs or cassettes.
