Digitype.ca’s on-demand service saves you time and the expense of full-time typists along with the benefit of off-hour services. Our per hour rate can provide large and small offices alike with overhead savings of up to 50%, and free up your in-house staff to focus on more important matters.

Pricing

At Digitype.ca our charges are based on an hourly rate. We use HourGuard Time Sheet which tracks our time to the second and copies of our time sheets will be forwarded along with your invoice. Our rates are among the lowest in the transcription industry.

Standard dictation (1 speaker):

Rush (3 hrs or less)	4 to 12 hrs	24 to 48 hrs

Group Conversation (2 speakers or more):

Billing

Digitype.ca accounts are billed on the 1st and 15th of every month with an itemized statement and the amount charged for each job. Payments can be made via cheque, money order or paypal.

Turn Around Time (TAT)

Digitype.ca offers various TATs for your convenience: 3 hours (rush service), 4-12 hours and 24-48 hours.

**All TATs are subject to length of project and audio quality. 3 and 4-12 hour TATs offered only during business hours and between 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm.
